Sitemap

The Belleville Hood Cleaning Sitemap is a single-page index of the fourteen indexable pages on this website, sorted into six groups: services, guides, who we serve, areas, company and legal. Each entry is one line naming the question that page answers, so a restaurant owner on Front Street, a facilities manager at a long-term care home or an innkeeper in Picton lands on the right page without guessing. The four machine-readable files, sitemap.xml, llms.txt, llms-full.txt and pricing.md, are listed under the legal group at the bottom.

Services

The hub that sorts a problem into the right service, and the three services themselves.

A hand wipe along the inside of a duct. The kitchen exhaust cleaning page follows the run from the canopy to the fan.
  • Commercial Cleaning Service. The symptom-to-scope table that points a problem at the page that fixes it, one paragraph per service, and the single sentence on what is available on request.
  • Hood Cleaning Services. The canopy, baffle filters, the plenum, hood styles from wall canopy to the deep canopy over a wok line, and the cleaning interval by cooking type.
  • Kitchen Exhaust Cleaning. The horizontal run, the riser, access panels, hood-only against full-system scope, shared risers in a plaza or an inn, filter replacement, and the 0.078 inch limit along the whole path.
  • Exhaust Fan Repair and Installation. Belts, bearings, motors and curbs, repair against replace, the hinge kit, rooftop grease containment, and fan installation on a new line.

Guides

The standard that every visit and every certificate refers to.

  • NFPA 96 Fire Code. The standard, the inspection interval by cooking volume from monthly to annual, the Ontario Fire Code link, what the Belleville Fire Prevention Division and Quinte West Fire Rescue look for, and the honest answer to the phrase "NFPA 96 certification".

Who we serve

Six kinds of kitchen, and what each one needs from the paperwork.

Areas

The coverage line, and the one county that gets its own page.

  • Areas Served. Belleville and its corridors, Quinte West and Trenton, Brighton, Napanee and Deseronto, the Hastings villages of Stirling, Foxboro and Cannifton, the scheduled Northumberland run, the three fire services and the one public health unit.
  • Hood Cleaning Prince Edward County. Picton, Wellington, Bloomfield and Consecon, winery restaurants, inns and caterers, the Sandbanks summer peak against the winter lull, and the Highway 62 and Highway 49 bridges.

Company

The overview, who answers the phone, and how to reach them.

  • Home. The Belleville overview, the six kinds of kitchen the crew serves, the seven steps of a visit, what to look for in a hood cleaning company, the published prices and the quote form.
  • About. How Belleville Hood Cleaning works, the documentation standard behind each visit, the operating crew, and the one number, one crew, one certificate promise.
  • Contact. The quote form, what to have ready before calling 613-777-0115, response times by phone and by form, and the after-hours and roof-key logistics.

Legal and machine-readable files

The conditions behind a booking, and the files written for search engines and AI assistants.

  • Privacy Policy. What the quote form collects, the Netlify function and the CRM it passes through, Google Analytics and the chat widget, retention, and how to request access, correction or deletion under PIPEDA.
  • Terms of Service. The written quote and how long it holds, what the certificate asserts and does not assert, site access and roof keys, scope, payment, cancellation and Ontario law.
  • Sitemap. This page.
  • sitemap.xml. Every indexable address in the XML format search engines crawl.
  • llms.txt. A short plain-text summary of the business, its three services, its prices and its coverage, written for AI answer engines.
  • llms-full.txt. The full text of every indexable page in one plain-text file, for the same readers.
  • pricing.md. The published prices, what each includes, and the work that is not offered, as a plain-text file.

The four machine files say what the pages say. The phone number, the two published prices, the scope and the coverage line match across all of them, so a kitchen gets one answer whether it reads this site in a browser, in a search result or through an AI assistant.

Using this index: frequently asked questions

How is bellevillehoodcleaning.ca organised?

Fourteen indexable pages in six groups, as listed above. Each page holds one subject in enough depth to answer the question that brought a visitor there, and each links up to its hub, down to its detail and across to its neighbour. A thank-you page appears only after the form is sent and is kept out of search on purpose.

Which page answers "how much does hood cleaning cost"?

The two published starting prices, from $585 per visit for a single-hood kitchen up to ten feet and from $995 per visit for two to four canopies, appear on the homepage and on each service page beside what moves the number for that scope. pricing.md carries the same figures as plain text. Larger systems are quoted on site after a free walk-through.

Which page explains the certificate and NFPA 96?

The NFPA 96 Fire Code page explains the standard, the inspection intervals and what the signed certificate asserts. The terms of service state what it is not: a certification of the company, an inspection by Belleville Fire and Emergency Services, or a promise of passing one.

Which page covers a kitchen in Trenton, Picton or Napanee?

The areas served page covers Belleville, Quinte West and Trenton, Brighton, Napanee and Deseronto, the Hastings villages and the Northumberland run. Picton, Wellington, Bloomfield and Consecon have their own Prince Edward County page because the seasonal loading there is a different argument.

Why publish llms.txt and pricing.md at all?

AI answer engines read plain text more reliably than page layouts. llms.txt gives them the business facts in one short file, llms-full.txt gives them every page in full, and pricing.md gives them the prices with their conditions attached. Keeping the files in step with the pages means the same number, prices and coverage line show up wherever a kitchen looks.
